Good health is multifactorial and is not lost or achieved overnight. It does not result from eating a “superfood” or two. I absolutely believe that good food is the foundation of good health. However, in holistic practice, addressing dietary needs is just the beginning. In order to achieve optimal health and healing, it is important to look at the overall picture and consider stress management, toxin elimination, healthy home, sleep, spiritual practice, exercise, and healthy relationships.

My goal is to support my clients in achieving and maintaining a sense of wellbeing through personalized advice ranging from home care to skin care. All of these principles are incorporated into my office sessions. I also offer home visits to help my clients identify any environmental factors that may be affecting their health, and/or to help with kitchen and pantry “makeovers”.
