These are all my favorites that can be easily found on Amazon.

IN MY KITCHEN:

Coffee Grinder – This is a must for my breakfast espresso chia mousse and so many other things. If you want to make healthy food at home, you need to have this grinder in your kitchen. Did you know that nuts and seeds go bad very quickly because of those healthy oils they are so rich in? So store them in the fridge and grind your seeds fresh as needed using this coffee grinder. I use this for grinding chia, flax and hemp seeds. You might also want to pick one up for grinding whole spices – thats what I do.


Digestive Bitters – if you have any issues not digesting your food well such as bloating, feeling full prematurely, indigestion, starting your meal with a teaspoon of bitters (in some water) may help.


Olive Oil – This is the extra virgin olive oil I am loving in my kitchen right now.


Nesting kitchen bowls – love these!


Non-Toxic ceramic waffle maker – black Teflon coating can leach dangerous chemicals into the food as it cooks, but this one has ceramic coating instead of teflon. Simple and easy to use


Tacos – Tacos definitely taste better served on taco stands!
