I do not currently contract with any health insurance plans. This allows me to spend more time with my clients and not be limited by third-party policies. However, depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be reimbursed in part if your plan has out-of-network benefits. I encourage you to contact your employer or insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates for out-of-network nutrition services. I will provide you with a Super bill to submit to your insurance company.

Rates

I can best help my clients get healthy when we both commit to at least 2-3 months of working together.

Combining one-on-one consultations with email and private client portal support, and take-home resources ensures that you have everything you need to reach your health goals.

What’s included:

A thorough review of your health history and food diary prior to initial consultation to maximize our time together
1 90-min initial consultation
1 1-hour follow up consultation
1 45-min follow up consultation
Written personalized goals and care plan
Personalized food recommendations
A sample weekly meal plan
Lifestyle, exercise, and self-care recommendations
Review of current supplements and custom supplement recommendations
Ongoing email support
Access to a secure online client portal
Functional Medicine testing recommendations (testing at an additional charge, including digestive and hormone health testing, food sensitivities, nutrient status, mental health and genetics )
Communicating with your primary care or other healthcare providers (if you wish)

Investment: $799

$200 per hour for follow-up appointments after that
Grocery store tours $200 per hour (option to do in a small group)
Monthly or annual custom-tailored meal plans available at an additional charge

Payment

I accept cash, check, Venmo and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
